To place an order with Strapforge LLC, please send a Purchase Order (PO) to Orders@strapforge.com. If you already have an account with us, include your company account number on the PO to expedite the processing. For customers without an account, our payment terms are cash on delivery.

Ensure that your PO includes the following details to help us serve you efficiently:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Shipping and billing addresses

  • Desired products and quantities

  • Any special shipping or handling instructions

Once your order is received, you will get an order confirmation via email, detailing the order contents, total cost, and expected delivery timeline.

Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is straightforward and competitive, and we detail it on our website and in our catalogs. Volume discounts are available for large orders, and specifics are provided on each product page.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Bank transfers

  • Checks

Payment Terms: For customers with an active account, payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, which is issued upon order dispatch. For customers without an active account, payment terms are cash on delivery. This ensures that all transactions are straightforward and secure.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery location and are specified at the time of ordering. For orders exceeding a certain value, we offer free shipping.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited delivery: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and conditions outside of our control.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled without any charges before an order confirmation is provided. Once your order is confirmed, cancellation requests will be considered at the discretion of Strapforge LLC, depending on the order's status and the reasons for cancellation.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the products are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund Policy:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and are issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds for other payment methods are issued as a credit to the customer's account, usable for future purchases.
