Quotation Validity

Quotations are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated on the “valid to” date on the quotation.

 

Payment Terms

Default payment terms are “Cash on Delivery” for all customers who are not set up with a customer account.

Unless otherwise agreed to, standard payments for customer accounts are NET 30 days from the invoice date. A late payment fee of 1.5% will be applied to any outstanding balances 45 days past the invoice date.

 

Delivery Terms

All prices are quoted COLLECT unless otherwise stated under “delivery terms” on a quotation. 

 

Liability, Warranty and Returns

StrapForge LLC does not take responsibility for product liability in the buyer's or the Buyer’s Customer’s application because of the lack of information regarding the application.

 

All products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any defective goods.

 

To qualify for a return, StrapForge LLC must confirm the defect. Upon receipt and verification of the defect, StrapForge LLC will, at its discretion, either replace the goods or issue a full refund. StrapForge LLC will cover the shipping costs for the return of defective goods. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

 

Cancellation and Changes

Orders without an order confirmation can be canceled without any penalty. Cancellations for confirmed orders will be made at the discretion of StrapForge LLC. 

 

Taxes and Duties

All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These will be added to the invoice where applicable.

 

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.

 

Confidentiality

The contents, communication, and documentation provided by any StrapForge LLC employee are confidential and intended solely for the recipient. Disclosure to third parties without the express written consent of StrapForge LLC is prohibited.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kane County, Illinois.

 

Acceptance of Terms

The buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein. Acceptance can be demonstrated by issuing a purchase order to StrapForge LLC.
